A lifelong native of Wharton County, Dakoda embraces the spirit of small-town life, balancing the demands of her professional and personal life with grace and efficiency.

A Love for Community and Business:

Dakoda’s roots run deep in her community, and her passion for small-town living shines through in everything she does. She has five years of business experience working in her family’s enterprise, which has shaped her strong managerial and organizational skills. Prior to joining the RHD team, she honed her logistical expertise at FESCO, Ltd., a key player in the oil and gas industry.

A Role in Multiple Brands:

As the supervising manager of The Ranch Downtown, Dakoda oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth logistics and customer satisfaction. Her role extends across multiple brands under the RHD umbrella, where her sharp attention to detail keeps everything running seamlessly.

A Family-Centered Life:

Outside of her professional commitments, Dakoda cherishes her life in El Campo, Texas, where she is a proud graduate of Louise High School. She is also the devoted mother of a beautiful baby daughter, bringing the same level of care and dedication to her family life as she does to her work.
