Our team is built by women who have worked sunup to sundown, fought battles in boardrooms, and stood our ground in arenas where the odds weren’t in our favor. We’ve stumbled, struggled, and learned some lessons the hard way. And yet — here we are. Stronger. Smarter. Grounded in our faith.
Grit and Grace is our anthem. It’s the truth that strength and struggle go hand in hand. It’s the reminder that while we’re tough enough to break barriers, we’re humble enough to know we can’t do it alone. This brand is for every ranch woman, rural business owner, and dreamer who’s ever had to fight for her place — and found the courage to rise anyway.

The Grit & Grace Program empowers young women in the stock show and agricultural community to lead with confidence, character, and purpose. Through events, podcasts, and mentorship, we cultivate professionalism, integrity, and resilience—anchored in the timeless values of faith, hard work, and humility that define rural America.

Confidence doesn’t just appear — it’s built. The Grit and Grace Stock Show Girls Socials bring together young women ages 12 to 18 for a powerful mix of mentorship, inspiration, and fun. Through fashion, faith, and real talk about integrity and professionalism, these gatherings are designed to help stock show girls discover their voice, own their worth, and carry themselves with strength. Because the next generation of leaders needs grit — and they need grace.
These socials are held regionally across the USA and feature our founder, Rachel Cutrer, and industry-leading young women in agriculture sharing their experiences and stories to inspire stock show girls nationwide.
