Overall, their goal is to improve Santa Gertrudis cattle through selective breeding. Although small, they are dedicated breeders who enjoy the excellent genetics, hardiness, gentle dispositions, and beautiful red color of the cattle. Furthermore, they buy and breed cattle through natural service and select artificial insemination. In addition, the Ginnard’s give back to the association as much as possible. By dedicating their time and resources, the family is able to focus on what they love. In general, their passions are family, faith, ranching, and Texas natural resource conservation.
