In fact, their original and most successful Santa Gertrudis show heifers became the base of their herd and seed-stock bloodlines. As you can see, producing the best purebred cattle using modern genetics and the latest technology is their main focus. Currently, they are utilizing embryo transfer and artificial insemination to produce cattle. By doing this, they are able to produce multiple calves from the best donor females in the breed.
