G&J Cattle

rhdWebsite Design Features

For a small cow-calf operation, G&J Cattle has big goals to raise some of the most sought after cattle. With a modestly sized cow herd, the Angus seedstock producer takes a critical approach to deciding which cows are kept and put back in the herd. G&J Cattle knows quality matters and places great emphasis on soundness, phenotype and genetics in its cattle.

Behind the operation is the Moritz family who bought the operation in 1985 as a show calf operation. Since then, G&J Cattle bought Dameron OSU Ransom and partnered up on EXG Lassie P686 R3 to raise daughters that competed at the highest levels in show rings. And the influence of the Ransom daughter that started the Erica cow family is still present in the base of the operation. G&J Cattle is definitely on a path to continue its success into the future.

ABOUT THE DESIGN

G&J Cattle wanted a rustic, yet modern feel for its website, so we integrated a wood background with bold orange, black and white colors. The website features a winners page to showcase clients’ success in the ring as well as donors and bulls and show calves pages. And of course, all the website photos and information stay current thanks to our updates team!
