Leadore Angus is a multi-generational, family-owned ranch that has raised range-ready Black Angus cattle since 1941 in the rugged, high-elevation terrain of Lemhi County, Idaho. The operation develops its herd between 6,000 and 9,000 feet, forging bulls that deliver exceptional thrift, soundness, calving ease, and performance—traits highly valued by both commercial and seedstock producers
They emphasize balanced EPDs, strong maternal qualities, and a proven rate of gain, offering genetics that perform under real-world conditions. Each year, Leadore Angus hosts a well-regarded annual bull sale on the third Friday in March and supports customers with semen and private treaty offerings across Idaho and Montana.
