Micki Moo Cattle Co. began as a dream to live closer to nature and animals. In 2022, Michelle and Lance purchased a charming 100-year-old farmhouse in Bondurant and soon added their first Scottish Highland calves, Jack and JoJo. Inspired by a trip to Scotland and drawn to the Highland breed’s beauty and calm temperament, what began as a small hobby quickly turned into a full-fledged passion. Just two years later, they’ve expanded to a 64-acre ranch and now raise a small, well-cared-for herd of Mini Highlands, unregistered full-bloods, and AHCA-registered cattle with show-quality genetics. Their mission is rooted in transparency, quality, and care – offering cattle they’d be proud to keep themselves.
