A registered Brangus and Santa Gertrudis operation located in DeWitt, Goliad, Karnes and Bee County, Lackey Ranch was established in the late 1800’s. The family’s proud heritage includes being Santa Gertrudis herd #10, originally established by Vachel Lackey. Today the ranch includes bloodlines from the original Santa Gertrudis herd, a great group of Brangus cattle and a focus on wildlife and land stewardship. To help promote the many undertakings of the ranch, Lackey Ranches decided to market themselves through a new website with Ranch House Designs.
