After designing a logo for Oliver Angus, we could not wait to get started on their new website and are excited to share how it turned out! A small registered Angus operation based in West Point, Georgia, these folks and their cattle are good stock. The Oliver Angus herd was established in 1968 by Ed Oliver and their genetics trace back to the Angus cattle imported in the 1950’s and 60’s from Great Britain. Proud of their heritage, the family’s mission is to amplify the great traits of carcass quality, fertility, maternal instincts, soundness and docility of Angus cattle. The new website highlights the family’s hard work and great livestock.
ABOUT THE DESIGN
The new website matches the brown and olive tones are a part of the Oliver Angus brand and logo. The barnwood across the top of the website adds texture to the design and it features excellent photography that showcase the people and the angus cattle. This new WordPress site has a simple menu that is just the right fit for most cattle producers. Featuring a four page menu, it highlights the operation’s current mission, it’s history, cattle for sale and photos of the ranch. To see the new website for Oliver Angus visit http://oliverangus.com/
