Cash Myers took the rodeo world by storm shortly after he graduated from high school and quickly made his mark by clinching the coveted PRCA Resistol Rookie of the Year in Tie-Down Roping, Steer Wrestling and the All-Around. His first trip to the PRCA National Finals Rodeo (NFR) was in 2000 and in total he currently has 14 NFR discipline qualifications (1X Tie-Down, 7X Steer Wrestling, 6X Steer Roping) with plans to increase that number.
Since his rookie year, Myers has stacked up countless wins, but says his 14 qualifications to the NFR and Reserve Wold Championship titles (All Around and Steer Wrestling) were some of the moments he is most proud of. “Rodeo is a way of life for me and I enjoy competition where I have a chance to go head to head with the worlds best rodeo athletes,” says Myers.
Myers loves instructing future rodeo athletes and now teaches approximately 20 rodeo clinics across the world and at home. (Australia, Canada, Guadalajara and Texas). He also enjoys working with sponsors to help them market their businesses. Motivational speeches, photo shoots, team building events, autograph signing and other promotional events are some of the projects he has participated in.
