Beloved watering hole 5D Steakhouse is serving up USDA Choice cuts and cold drinks across Texas.
With six locations scattered across the Lone Star state, the family-owned operation is preparing to open its seventh location in Kerrville, Texas, in May of 2022. Founded by Pete and Patricia Dlugosch in 2015, the 5D brand was brought to life to celebrate the cattle industry. The headquarters, located in Yorktown, Texas, feature two stories of steakhouse glory and classy western finishes.One of three Dlugosch siblings Brianne Dlugosch has been involved in operations since the 5D brand was established. In 2018, she opened her own 5D Steakhouses in Victoria and Port O’Connor Texas. Soon, she’ll add Kerrville to the list.
Starting the Party
According to Dlugosch, the 5D Steakhouse is known for an upbeat atmosphere and free, live, local music every Friday and Saturday.
“We’re all about supporting local entertainers. From DJs to acoustic performers to full bands, we really like to give all these local entertainers a stage to play on every weekend. Not many restaurants offer free live entertainment every week,” Dlugosch said.
The steakhouses host ticketed events too, bringing Texas country singers like Wade Bowen and Jon Wolfe to their stages.
According to Dlugosch, the music and employees add to the hometown atmosphere of 5D Steakhouses.
“I think our bartenders and servers are second to none. We call them out 5D girls. We get some really team members that want to come work for us because of our [energy],” Dlugosch said.
New Frontier
Dlugosch expects the Kerrville culture to embrace the newest 5D Steakhouse because of the brands’ loyal customer base.
“We’re really excited to get out into the Texas hill country and expand our brand in a whole different market. The hill country and Kerrville area is very cattle driven. I think we’re going to be a perfect fit,” Dlugosch explained.

Ranch House Designs created 5D Steakhouse’s website and marketing materials including flyers and videos.
“Their customer service is second to none. I’ve worked for them for years and their product is great. We get compliments on our marketing material all the time. I believe they’ve really helped us make our mark in the marketing world just because of the product they produce,” Dlugosch said.
