Slack Farms is located in Harrisburg, South Dakota. The Slack Family is a seventh generation farming family, they continue to farm on the original homestead that Slack Farms was founded on. Slack Farms participates in private treaty and breed sales throughout the year. Their marketing and production testing are all handled by Thomas Ranch. ABOUT THE DESIGN
In late 2014, Ashley worked with Slack Farms to develop the design of their website. They wanted a western, rustic design website based on a brown color scheme. They chose the HTML based Package A website for its simplicity and ease of updating. The menu bar provides simple navigation for website visitors to learn more about the operation.
