Watkins Cattle Company is a purebred Brahman operation in Welsh, Louisiana. Owners Marilyn and Carson Watkins both grew up around cattle. After marrying, the couple combined their commercial herds and began breeding to registered Brahman bulls to advance the quality and performance of their now combined crossbred operations. Today, the operation focuses on producing Brahman females through IVF and sexed semen practices. Their children Stuart, Olivia and Caroline have seen much success in the show ring. All have won state and national titles with Brahman and American bred cattle. WCC bred cattle perform well in both the show ring and in the pasture.
