CY Cattle Company is focused on raising high-profit, low-input cattle through regenerative pasture grazing and a practical approach to cattle production. Since starting the operation in 2020, the herd has grown to approximately 300 cow-calf pairs, with the goal of maximizing beef production per acre while keeping input costs down. In addition to their cow-calf operation, CY Cattle Company sources feeder heifers and steers from trusted producers throughout southwest Mississippi and offers stocker calves at certain times of the year. Led by Cy Lambert alongside his wife, Beth, and their children, the operation combines family-centered values with an honest, boots-on-the-ground approach to ranching.
