Since 2009, F9 Equine Clinic has provided hospital-quality equine veterinary care in the convenience of clients’ barns, farms, and ranches. Based out of Columbus, TX, the practice offers routine mobile service throughout Southeast Texas, including areas around Houston, Austin, and surrounding counties, as well as an outpatient haul-in facility for clients outside the travel area. Led by Dr. Fitzgerald, F9 Equine Clinic is known for personalized attention, flexibility, and exceptional customer service – qualities often hard to find in larger hospital settings. Dr. Fitzgerald’s extensive background includes farrier training, advanced veterinary education from Texas A&M University, an equine internship in California, and experience as a resident veterinarian at the historic 6666 Ranch. His professional interests span equine lameness, reproduction, podiatry, and general equine medicine, all grounded in a deep family history tied to Texas ranching and the original F9 brand established in Colorado County in 1860.
