Release and Disclosure of Website Login Credentials

• Upon providing passwords to client, client acknowledges that Ranch House Designs, Inc. is not responsible for any errors, mistakes, technical issues, coding problems, issues that the client may “break” on the website, or problems the client may create regarding the website, domain name, hosting, or email.

• RHD is not responsible for correcting any mistakes made by the client or clients representative.

• RHD is not responsible for any training of teaching the client how to use Wordpress, or Wordpress technical support, unless the client requests a training.

• Should the client need future support, or ask RHD to fix any errors they have made on the website,services must be pre-paid at the standard hourly rate with a 1 hour minimum and will be taken if and when time allows.

• Should the client need RHD to make text or photo updates on their behalf, these will be done when time allows, and not on a certain time guarantee. This applies to simple text changes and photo uploads,and does not apply to any coding, programming, or design requests.

• Plugin Installation & Site StabilityInstalling or updating plugins or themes can introduce conflicts,security vulnerabilities, or errors that may cause parts of the site to malfunction. Because plugin environments vary widely and are outside RHD’s control, clients assume all risk associated with making these changes. If issues arise due to plugin activity, RHD can assist with troubleshooting or repairs at the standard hourly rate.

• User Accounts & Password ChangesAdding new Administrator-level users, sharing login details with third parties, or changing system passwords can compromise site security or disrupt proper access control. These actions may lead to lockouts, unauthorized changes, or exposure of sensitive data. Any issues resulting from user account changes are the client’s responsibility, but RHD is available to help restore access or correct problems at the standard hourly rate.

• Security & Client-Initiated ChangesClient modifications—including plugin installation, user creation,or password changes—can unintentionally weaken site security or cause functionality loss. Such risks include malware infections, data loss, broken features, or degraded site performance. If these issues occur,RHD can provide cleanup, restoration, or troubleshooting services at the standard hourly rate.
