Monica Mears – Administrative Assistant

Ranch House recently hired Monica Mears to assist with the planning and implementation of the Texas Association of Fairs and Events (TAF&E) Convention.

In case you didn’t hear, Ranch House recently partnered with Executive Director, Chris Shivers to serve as the organization’s marketing and communications coordinator. Part of this includes planning their annual convention.

Monica joins the Ranch House team after serving as an Administrative Assistant for the Coastal Plains Cowboy Church. Originally from Wharton, Monica and her family are involved in sports and showing livestock.

When she’s not busy assisting with TAF&E planning efforts, Monica enjoys watching her daughter play softball, hunting with her family, and watching her children exhibit their animals at various shows.
